Delivery Terms
We deliver within approximately a 100 km radius of our shop in Aalsmeer.
Our delivery schedule depends on demand and is updated regularly and published on our website, Instagram, and in our email newsletter. If you do not see your city listed in the current schedule, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Minimum order value: €100
Delivery fee: €9.95
Placing an Order
Orders are accepted until 4:00 PM on the day of delivery, provided that the route is not fully booked.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery date and order details.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Delivery Terms.
Low-Emission Zones (LEZ)
At this moment, we do not deliver to addresses located within low-emission zones (LEZ). Orders with delivery addresses inside these zones cannot be accepted. If your address is located within an LEZ, please select a nearby delivery point outside the zone.
Rotterdam and Surrounding Areas
You can buy our most popular dishes directly from our partner, Lila Bakery.
You can also place an order online and select Pickup at Lila Bakery during checkout. Order before Friday and collect your order from Saturday.
Address and Contact Information
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. A Dutch phone number is preferred.
If needed, please provide clear instructions for our driver regarding the best way to access your location and available parking.
Receiving Your Order
Our driver will call you when your address is next on the route to inform you of the expected arrival time. Please make sure you answer the phone.
We kindly ask customers to come outside to meet the driver whenever possible, especially if you live in an apartment building or a location without convenient parking. If this is not possible, please let us know in advance by leaving a note with your order or by replying to the order confirmation email.
Cash Payments
If you choose to pay in cash, we kindly ask you to prepare the payment in advance, preferably with the exact amount or as close to the exact amount as possible.
Requested Delivery Time Slots
If you will not be at home during the entire delivery window and require delivery within a specific time slot, please inform us when placing your order.
We can accept a maximum of one such request per delivery evening. Our driver will do his best to accommodate your preferred time, but this cannot always be guaranteed due to route planning and traffic conditions.
Missed Deliveries
If we cannot reach you by phone and nobody is available to receive the order, the driver will return the order to our shop.
In this case, you may collect your order from our shop during opening hours. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Times
The delivery usually happens between 18-00 and 22-00.
We carefully plan our delivery routes to serve as many customers as possible while keeping delivery costs affordable.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, route adjustments, and the number of orders scheduled on a particular day. While we always do our best to deliver within the expected timeframe, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
