What started in 2022 as a small dream shared by two friends has grown into one of the largest producers of Ukrainian food in the Netherlands.
As the official European franchise of Galia Baluvana (Vesela Pani in Europe), we proudly prepare Ukrainian and Eastern European dishes using the brand’s original recipes and proven production methods, loved by millions.
But for us, it’s about much more than food.

My favorites are varenyky and stuffed paprika, plenty of vegetarian options too. Super easy to cook at home, and so nice that they employ Ukrainian women who had to flee the war.

We’ve tried mlyntsi with poppy seeds and cherry, with kwark and berries and with salmon and herbs. Loved all of them, took about 6-7 minutes to warm them up at home on a pan. The mlyntsi themselves are super soft. Although they are frozen once warmed up it’s like they were freshly prepared. Perfect for a quick snack or breakfast:)

Fresh Chebureky every Friday 12:00 till 17-00
When do you have freshly fried chebureky?
Every Friday between 12-00 and 17-00, we prepare freshly fried chebureky with a variety of fillings.
You can enjoy them hot and crispy at our shop (a few outdoor tables are available) or order them for takeaway.
Every Friday we also prepare:
- Homemade borscht
- Fresh salads
- Freshly baked buns
These dishes are available throughout the weekend while supplies last.
Do you offer vegan products?
Yes.
Our vegan options include:
- Varenyky with vegetables
- Varenyky with fruit fillings
- Holubtsi with rice and mushrooms

Yes. You can park your car in the free 2-hour parking zone located next to our shop.

Do you offer gluten-free products?
Most of our products contain dough or breadcrumbs and are therefore not gluten-free.
However, some dishes may be suitable for a gluten-free diet, such as:
